Southwest Equity was started in 1988 in southwest Riverside County. We learned the appraisal business during the building boom of the late 1980's and then specialized in REO appraisals during the 1990's. The experience of going through real estate cycles has made us better appraisers.

We expanded into Clark County, Nevada in 1997 and serve the Las Vegas area. We currently have offices in Riverside, San Diego, Palm Springs, and Henderson, NV.

Our appraisal firm is small in size to provide superb personal service while our coverage territory is large to serve all of your needs.
